Our Services

Spark Specialized Services provides tailored day programs for individuals transitioning from education emphasizing self-advocacy and independence. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, the company empowers participants to achieve their full potential through inching life experiences, promoting personal growth and mutual respect within the community. This unique focus on empowerment sets spark apart, ensuring that everyone can achieve their full potential. By prioritizing safety and positivity, Spark Specialized Services aims to unlock the full potential of each client, guiding them on their journey towards a fulfilling and autonomous life.

We are located at 2736 N. Ridge Rd. in Painesville, OH. We accept funding through DODD waivers and private pay.

We also offer transportation to our individuals that live within a reasonable distance from our program.

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING

“Spark After Dark”

Spark has launched an extension of our ADS (Adult Day Services) outside of our scheduled daily program hours. This opportunity will allow participants to further integrate themselves into the surrounding communities. “Spark after Dark” will be held at our Lake County location and occur a minimum of two evening/weekend days per month. Participants will be dropped off/picked up by Spark as transportation is provided for this programming. Much like our day program, participants will be attending more elite experiences to various locations. Outing schedules will be sent home accordingly.

“School to Spark”

A “Career Planning” Program – STS (School to Spark), a community-based time limited Observation experience that goes into different business partners in the community to gain experience, job shadow and explore various employment opportunities that is coupled with an educational component. Spark has a wide community outreach in NE Ohio, we have businesses that have partnered with us to allow STS participants to gain valued work knowledge and skills in their community business.
